How do you actually get to the form builder to begin with? I'm trying to find the code for the optin form on our site - I see all the moon-ray.com code but can't find it on the OAP dashboard?

Hi Lacy,
To get into the form builder, access the admin menu in the upper right hand corner of your screen and then click on Manager SmartForms
Then to grab the code for your form, click on the Publish Form button in the form editor and select the type of code you'd like.
